Statistics confirm that people of color and women are underrepresented in Architecture and Interior Design. As design professionals, we experience this apparent reality daily. Our focus is changing that narrative by shaping a new future for our profession and building an equitable foundation for future designers. We realize this change will not be immediate, but we see the value in investing and building relationships throughout the process.
